SERAFINOMoscato di Scanzo DOCG

Serafino is a precious wine made from dried grapes and obtained from our thirty-year-old Moscato di Scanzo vines. Bunches are hand-selected
and dried for at least 40 days in a room with constant temperature and humidity. After that, the winemaking process with a long pomace maceration, a finishing in steel tanks for 24 months and a suitable rest in bottle. Perfumes are very complex, with cinnamon, wild berries, sage, dried rose and pepper hints. Taste is aromatic, velvety and long-lasting.

Bartolomeo and Dionisio are full-bodied red wines obtained from a hand selection of the best bunches from our Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon vines, planted more than 30 years ago on the Scanzorosciate hills, vinified in steel tanks and refined in French oak barrels.

The autochthonous grape variety of Moscato di Scanzo provides unique sensory experiencies even in the world of bubbles: we select grapes by hand and we produce a red, sweet and delicate sparkling wine. A wine with an all-Bergamo character.

Sparkling wine with a fruity and floral perfume and a sweet but balanced taste obtained from red Moscato grapes. Bunches are exclusively hand-selected and subjected to a soft pressing with a quick maceration on the skins, both with controlled temperature. After that, fermentation is processed in a pressurised tank following the Martinotti-Charmat method.

CELESTINOSparkling wine produced with Méthode Classique | Terre del Colleoni | DOC

Sparkling wine obtained with Chardonnay and Incrocio Manzoni 6.0.13 grapes, an autochthonous variety originated from the mix of Rhine Riesling and White Pinot. Bunches are exclusively hand-selected, subjected to a soft pressing and to fermentation with controlled temperature. Afterwards, refermentation in bottle and aging on yeasts for at least 24 month follow. Charming perfumes with white flowers, dried fruit and citrus scents, taste is soft, intense, with mineral hints.

Matilde and Antonia reveal immediately their origin from Moscato di Scanzo and are soft and charming to the mouth, with a slight aromatic aftertaste. Pomace is distilled right after fermentation to preserve the majority of primary aromas, the extraction process with water jacket stills allows spotting grape terpenes.
