FAUSTINO

This elegant white wine is obtained from Incrocio Manzoni 6.0.13 grapes, an autochthonous variety originated from the mix of Rhine Riesling and White Pinot. Bunches are exclusively hand-selected, subjected to a soft pressing and to fermentation with controlled temperature. Vinification and refinement are processed in steel tanks. Perfumes are intense, with peach, ripe exotic fruit, spices and honey hints. Taste is mineral, fresh, long-lasting.

MELARDO

This delicate white wine, with an aromatic and fruity perfume and an harmonious and flavourful taste, is obtained from a wise blend of Chardonnay, White Pinot and Grey Pinot grapes from our 30-year-old vines on the Scanzorosciate hills. Bunches are exclusively hand-selected, subjected to a soft pressing and to fermentation with controlled temperature. Vinification and refinement are processed in steel tanks.

BARTOLOMEO

This full-bodied red wine, with an intense and fragrant perfume and an aromatic taste rich in smooth tannins, is obtained from an accurate hand selection of the best bunches of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon from our 30-year-old vines on the Scanzorosciate hills. It is vinified in steel tanks and refined for more than 30 months in French oak barrels.
