This rosé wine, with small red berries, strawberry and peach perfume, is characterised by a fresh and sapid taste; it is obtained by rosé vinification of our Merlot grapes. Hand-picked bunches are pressed and carried in steel tanks, where, after a brief contact with skins, grape must gains the characteristic colour.
Fermentation is carried out with controlled temperature in steel tanks. The recommended tasting temperature is 10-12°C.
