SEPTEMBER FOR MOSCATO DI SCANZO IS COMING SOON

On the 6th September we open Il Cipresso cellar and invite the meditation wine lovers to taste Serafino, our Moscato di Scanzo.

Il Cipresso opens its cellar on the 6th September, from 10.00 to 13.00 and from 14.30 to 18.00. We invite the meditation wine lovers to tasteSerafino our Moscato di Scanzo. You will have the chance to get to know and taste also other wines and spirits and to visit the old vineyard that is nestled in the spectacular landscape of Tribulina.

This year, the Covid-19 pandemic does not allow the smooth running of the Moscato Festival; however, the Association Strada del Moscato di Scanzo e dei sapori scanzesi does not abandon the idea of celebrating the precious Bergamo’s passito and organises September for Moscato di Scanzo: every weekend, from Friday 4th to Sunday 27th September, the wine estates of Scanzorosciate will open to those who will want to delight the palate by tasting both Moscato and other wines from this terroitory. Moreover several local products will be presented, like the new buscuit dedicated to Moscato. Everything will take place following the sanitary measures.

Lovers of the local culture will be able to enjoy guided tours through the historical and artistic heritage while farmhouses and restaurants will prepare farm-to-table menus..Shows and street foodwill be present.

For sportspeople the first appointment is set in August for the Moscato di Scanzo Virtual Trail, a virtual competition, whose proceeds will be donated to charity.
